Prime Responsibilities:
Activities include but not limited to:
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries (phone, email), including taking ownership to engage appropriate individuals within the company who can assist in the satisfactory resolution of the customer issue.
- Receive orders from customers, enter the information into AMA's ERP system (SAP) and communicate with appropriate production personnel.
- Assist Sales team in preparing pricing, proposals, RFQ responses.
- Act as the liaison between Sales and Operations and work closely with the Warehouse and Production teams.
- Build and retain a working knowledge of company product information.
- Research and manage customer issues providing escalation to the appropriate individuals within the company.
- Expedites the resolution of customer problems/complaints.
- Maintain a high level of industry knowledge.
- Ability to manage a diverse portfolio of customers, multiple inquiries, and projects.
- Demonstrated strong verbal and written skills.
- Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills and superior attention to detail.
- Candidates for this position must be highly motivated, tenacious, self‐starters and with the ability to work independently by being self-motivated.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks.

- Proficiency in Excel, Word and familiarity with CRM software.
- Experience in the Agricultural, Construction, Material Handling vehicles industries, both OEM and aftermarket.
- A.S. or B.S. in related field; Business, Sales, Marketing and technical experience is preferred.
- Prior Sales Support work experience preferred.
- Familiarity with farm equipment preferred.
- Fluency in Italian a plus
Compensation: $18 - $22 per hour, commensurate with qualifications, skills, and experience.
