AGRISTOREUSA CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
We are a growing manufacturing company with a rapidly expanding e-commerce division, www.agristoreusa.com, specializing in agricultural equipment replacement parts. We are looking for a self-motivated, customer-service-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via email and phone
- Providing accurate information about our products, prices, and delivery options
- Build and retain a working knowledge of company product information
- Processing orders, returns and other data entry as well as tracking shipments
- Resolving customer issues in a prompt and professional manner
- Collaborating with other departments and/or suppliers to resolve customer inquiries and issues
Qualifications - required:
- Familiarity with agricultural equipment & replacement parts (tillage, hay equip., PTO drivelines, hydraulics etc.)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with using web-based applications
Qualifications - desired:
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service position, preferably in an e-commerce environment
- Familiarity with Shopify
- Familiarity with SAP
- Italian language proficiency
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $18 - $22 per hour, commensurate with qualifications, skills, and experience.
